About the Department

The Department of Mathematics integrates all the programs of Engineering, Arts and Science by imparting the knowledge of Engineering Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Business Mathematics and Business Statistics in UG and PG Level. The department comprises well qualified and experienced faculty members. The department offers MSc Mathematics (Integrated) for 4 years and Ph.D program. The objective of the Department is to train students in the innovative field of Applied Mathematics inculcating the concepts of computing, optimizing, grouping, classifying, testing and applying various tools of Mathematics. Mathematics Curriculum is integrated with MATLAB to introduce programming concepts through engaging assignments and projects.
