    About

    The Hindustan Technology Business Incubator (HTBI) & Hindustan Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (HEIC) is focused to encourage the innovative talents and spirits of the students. The activities to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship and to quicken the pulse in this direction among the students' steps have been initiated for a long time. But, in its present form a cell for entrepreneurship activities was established in August 2007 in collaboration with National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN). The HTBI & HEIC is dedicated to the development and growth of innovation and entrepreneurial culture in the campus. Accordingly, several internal and external programs are organized to catch the pulse of the students and wherever technically advisable, students are encouraged to ideate and develop a Business plan for their ideas.

    We are a part of HITS, a premier technology institution known for its pioneering initiatives in higher education. At HTBI & HEIC, you have access to expert faculty that is on the forefront of research in emerging technologies.

    In order to systematically foster the culture of Innovation and entrepreneurship among the students and faculty, HTBI&HEIC regularly organizes several workshops, guest lectures, competitions, Entrepreneurship week, mentoring sessions, to name a few. Such events energize the young minds to focus upon their entrepreneurial and innovation pursuits.

    HTBI & HEIC envisions creating an ecosystem in the campus which offers every student a chance to be innovative, creative and tactical to pursue his or her dreams and gain economic, technical and entrepreneurial expertise in their chosen field, thus realizing the motto of our university – “To make every man a success and no man a failure”. The following services are offered at HTBI & HEIC:

    MENTORING

    The student innovators and entrepreneurs are guided by internal and external experts. Mentoring sessions are held on a weekly basis with external mentors.

    NETWORKING

    The student startups and innovators are introduced to several professional bodies and business networks for furthering their enterprise.

    INCUBATION

    A state-of-the art airconditioned workspace with wifi connectivity is provided to the incubates. The incubates can also access the conference hall and training hall facilities for their meetings on pre-booking.
