Healthcare sector in India is witnessing massive growth with large investments by both private and government entities. Apart from the hospitals, there is a large eco-system of industries within the healthcare sector that includes insurance, labs, pharma, retail etc. This has increased the demand for good quality and well-trained healthcare managers.
Further, India is also becoming an international center for medical tourism. The healthcare market is expected to grow multifold in the short-run with a rapid growth being witnessed in medical tourism. Having identified the need for specially trained hospital managers, we offer specialized electives in Hospital management. HITS has active collaborations with Hospitals for giving a real-time exposure to the students in hospital management.
