Y's Men South India Region Centennial Regional Award Function
The "South India Region Centennial Regional Award Function" took place at Hotel Vijay Park, Chennai on 18 June 2023. The event was organized to recognize and honor outstanding individuals from various Y's Men clubs in the region. During the ceremony, several individuals from the Y's Men Club Hindustan Youth were recognized and awarded for their exceptional contributions and achievements.
Yy. Maria Arun Tony, a member of the Y's Men Club Hindustan Youth, received two prestigious awards. The first was the "Best Regional Youth Camper Award," which recognized Maria's exemplary participation and engagement in youth-oriented activities and programs. The second award bestowed upon Maria Arun Tony was the "Best Y's Youth of the Year Award." This accolade acknowledged her overall outstanding performance, leadership skills, and commitment to community service as a young member of the Y's Men Club Hindustan Youth.
Another member of the Y's Men Club Hindustan Youth, Yy. Vimal, was honored with the "Best All Rounder of Regional Youth Camp" award. This recognition highlighted Vimal's exceptional skills and versatility across various activities conducted during the Regional Youth Camp. Vimal demonstrated outstanding leadership, teamwork, and a diverse range of talents, making a significant impact during the camp.
Furthermore, Yy. Sowmiya, another member of the Y's Men Club Hindustan Youth, received the "Best Performer of the Regional Youth Camp" award. This accolade acknowledged Sowmiya's exceptional performance, dedication, and skills showcased during the Regional Youth Camp. Sowmiya's talent, commitment, and enthusiasm made her stand out among her peers, leaving a lasting impression on the organizers and participants of the camp.
The awards were presented by DPWAF. Ym. Er. A. Veluchamy, Regional Director of the South India Region, Y's Men International. His presence and recognition added significance to the achievements of the awardees and inspired other members of the Y's Men community to continue their impactful contributions.
