Visit To Monuments
The Office of Students of HITS organised a tour of Mamallapuram Monuments on 12 August 2021. A group of 22 students led by Head Students Affairs visited Mamallapuram, a UNESCO world heritage site. The tour was organised under the "Visit to Monuments" programme directed by the Government of India. Students were inquisitive to learn the art and craft methods employed by the ancient artists and craftsmen.They went into an in-depth study of stone cravings and sculptures erected by the Pallava Kings.
