The department of Food Technology conducted a Vegetable,Fruit and Ice Carving Workshop on 20 July 2022. Chief Trainer Dr Chef Vinoth Kumar led the sessions aiding the participants to enhance their skill in food and ice carving, a mesmerizing art that adds life to one's culinary skills. He trained students to make vegetable carving techniques and ice carving techniques. The Food Carving workshop received enthusiastic participation from the staff and students of HITS!
