3rd NJY National Moot Court Competition

The students of School of Law clenched the 1st runner up position in the 3rd NJY National Moot Court Competition 2023 organized by ICFAI University, Tripura between 21st - 23rd June 2023. The team comprised of Ms. Aarya Devi Kunjamma and Mr. Fame of first year BA. LLB and Ms. Sabareeshwari R. B of first year BBA. LLB.

The students took on the task of registration and preparation headstrong. They were guided by the staff members: Mr. Bensha Shaji and Mr. Kannan Kunnathully from the initial problem discussion to the submission of the moot memorial and preparation for arguments. This win requires a special mention because the 1st year students of Hindustan School of Law contested with senior students of other universities and were successful in stepping up to the challenge.

The team contested with 15 teams from all over India. The final round was held between Hindustan School of Law and National Law University, Assam. The judge for the final contest was a Retired Supreme Court Judge who decided on the matter after the arguments by the students.
