Razzle Dazzle 5.0

Razzle Dazzle 5.0, a beautiful collection of B.Sc. Fashion Design students of HITS kick started the 8th edition of Chennai International Fashion Week at Hotel Residency Towers on July 12, 2019 around 7 p.m. The beautiful and intricate designer wears of 25 students were showcased by the leading models curated and coordinated by the renowned Fashion Designer Chaitanya Rao. The programme was graced by the presence of Dr. Mrs. Elizabeth Verghese, Chancellor HITS, Mr. Ashok Verghese, Director, HITS; Dr. Annie Jacob Verghese, Director, KCG College of Technology; Dr. Susan Marthandan, Director, Hindustan College of Arts and Science; and also Senior Staff & Faculty members of Hindustan Group of Institutions along with industry fraternity.

Razzle Dazzle 5th edition had collections ranging from eco-friendly fabrics to silks, cottons, blends in various silhouettes in beautiful colors and shades dazzling the ramp floor. Based on the collection, three Designer Awards were conferred to the best designers. Ms MridulaMurali, a well-known actress presented the Show Stopper. Ms. Tanya, Ms. Prisca Eubulus and Ms. Rashmi were conferred with Best Designer Awards based on their presented collections.
