A Letter of Intent was signed between HITS and the Republic of Chile on 2 December 2022. The agreement was penned by Dr. Ashok G. Verghese, Director, HITS and His Excellency Mr. Juan Angulo, Ambassador of Chile in India. The Letter of Intent aims to utilize the services and expertise on either side on any project, education, training, research and consultancy, to initiate students’ recruitment and digital services. It shall also driveeducation, training, research, consultancy, cultural, skill development, e-governance and Digital Transformation initiatives in Chile with a strong focus on empowering students and faculty.
