The Office of Student Affairs organised “Kaviarangam”, a poetry session to celebrate the harvest festivals of the season on 8 January 2022 Mrudhulani P., Secretary, Hindustan Student's Council welcomed the participants and audience of the Kaviarangam. Head - Student Affairs delivered the Presidential Address. He said, "Poetry is an inseparable part of Tamil culture. For ages, the world was in awe with the poetry that grew from Tamil and Tamil literature. From Tholkappiar to Thiruvalluvar and Bhartiyar, poetry is a vital aspect of the culture.” Head - Student Affairs beseeched the students to continue this rich tradition and rare gift of the Tamils.
Poets enthusiastically read out their poems eulogizing farmers, farming, sun, cattle, culture and traditions.
