The department of Mathematics organized an “International Seminar on Applications of Graph Theory in Networking” on 16th July, 2018. Prof. Martin Baca and Prof. Andrea Fenovcikova, of Department of Applied Mathematics and Informatics, Technical University, Slovakia were the Key Speakers. Prof. Baca elaborated on the “Definition of Theorems”, and highlighted its proofs on the magic and anti-magic labeling. He further explained on lower and upper bound, how the optimal or exact value were derived from the defintions of metric dimension and network security. Prof. Andrea Fenovcikova, enunciated on the definitions, theorems and its proofs on the colouring, fault-tolerance and embedding in networks. She enthused research sholars and students with her profound knowledge on the subject. The Seminar was attended by over 170 students from various departments such as CSE, MCA and BSc Maths.
