A Fusion Deposition Modelling Technology Stratasys F2703D printer worth Rs. 38 lakhs was procured for the Centre for Simulation in Engineering and Design (SIMENDES) at Department of Mechanical Engineering on 14 Feb 2019. Dr. T.S. Sridhar, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary/Commissioner of Revenue Administration and State Relief Commissioner (Retd.), Govt. of Tamil Nadu inaugurated the 3D Printer.
