Students of third-year B.Sc. Food Technology visited Aavin on 18/07/22. For the students of Food Technology it is mandatory chores for the students who are in third year of Graduation to visit a milk processing unit and explore Milk and dairy processing. Along with 2 faculty, Dr. T. Sivapriya and Dr. A. Samuel, 34 students of 3rd year arrived in Aavin, Sholinganallur at 10.00 am. They visited the milk reception dock where rapid quality control procedures were carried out. Students were also taken around the milk processing, packaging and delivery area. It took approximately an hour to go through the entire processing plant. Students were acquainted with all procedures happening in the unit and everyone had the awesome experience which they may utilize for further exploration and research in their domain of study.
