Ramadan is the holy month in which the sacred Quran was revealed to Prophet Mohammed. During this month, Muslims all over the world fast and pray.The Office of Student Affairs organised an Iftar (fast breaking ceremony) on 27 April 2022 at the MGR Auditorium. This created religious harmony and better understanding among the HITS community. The Vice Chancellor, Dr. S. N. Sridhara;the Registrar, Dr. Pon. Ramalingam;the Head-Student Affairs, the Student Chaplain, Rev. Justin Jose; the IQAC Coordinator, Dr. T. Sudalai Muthu;the Deputy Registrar, Mr. A. Ghouse Pasha, the HoDs, faculty members, staff and over 200 students participated inthe Iftar and exchanged greetings.
