Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science was acknowledged as the “Best Private University for Research and Innovation of the Year” at the Asia Education Summit & Awards. Dr. Ashok G. Verghese, Director, Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science received the award from Shri.RamdasAthavale, Minister of State for Social Justice & Empowerment. Other luminaries present during the event were Smt. Maneka Gandhi, Hon’ble Member of Parliament and Former Cabinet Minister, GOI; Smt. Jaya Prada, Indian Film Actress and Former Member of Parliament; and Shri ShriShyamJaju, National Vice President of BJP.
