Vasudevan, Dean E&T has obtained Copyrights on “Outcome Based Performance Appraisal System for Higher Education Institution” & “Assessment Rubrics for Project Evaluation.” The "Assessment Rubrics for Project Evaluation" is an innovative rubric which is designed for evaluating the project work assessment effectively. The various parameters of the project work are intelligently quantified for the effective continuous assessment of the project work. The "Outcome Based Performance Appraisal System for Higher Education Institution"is a novel system to assess the performance of the staff members of Higher Education Institutions. The various parameters include Academic, Academic Extension, Administrative and Research Work. The value of the parameters is quantified and the performance is computed.
