Book Release - "Ippadiku Ival"

Dr. Marie Evangeline, Assistant Professor, Department of Languages has published a book titled “Ippadiku Ival” during the 25th National Book Fair 2021 on 17 December at Puducherry. The book was released by Mr. N. Rangasamy, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Puducherry who presided over the event. "Ippadiku Ival" deals with a story of a young, married village girl, who was subjected to domestic violence and later escapes from home, works for women empowerment, and dedicates herself to the society. Copies of “Ippadiku Ival” will be available at the Library of Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science. Dr. Marie Evangeline has also penned a book during the pandemic titled, “COVID-19 An Eye-Opener”. She shows interest in both English as well as Tamil writings in literature.
