In view of the Founder's Memorial Day, the National Service Scheme (NSS) Cell of HITS along with the Rotary Club of Chennai Capital organized a “Blood Donation Camp” at the Bay Range Campus. The Hindu Mission Hospital, ICH-Egmore, Children's Hospital, Government Hospital Mobile Unit and Youth Red Cross participated in this event and collected around 511 units of blood from 700 donors. Rtn. C. M. Kishore, President, Rotary club of Chennai Capital and Rtn. Manoj Kumar Bhaiya, Youth Service Director, RCCC graced the occasion.
