Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Chennai, has received two prestigious awards for the categories of "BEST INSTITUTE FOR PROMOTING GLOBAL EXPOSURE" and "BEST B-SCHOOL FOR PROMOTING INDUSTRY - ACADEMIA INTERFACE" from ASSOCHAM (The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India) during the event 11th ASSOCHAM Higher Education Summit - 2018 ceremony held at New Delhi. The Awards were given away by Dr. Satya Pal Singh , Honorable Minister of State for Human Resource Development and received by Dr. Ashok G. Verghese , Director Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, and Dr. G. Ilavazhagan, Director Research, (Funded and Sponsored), Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science.
