A wave of melody and serenity took over HITS as the Advent Choral Contest - An Interdepartmental Carol Singing brought the sweetness of the Christmas carols by the choristers who represented their respective departments. The staff and students participated in the competition. Around 10 teams participated in the contest.
The event was judged by Ms. Aswathy Ann Thomas, PhD Scholar - Madras Christian College and Mr. C. Santhosh, Founder and Director of Tuning Minds - A Cultural Academy and "World Record holder for the World's Youngest Music Tutor (male)". Around 10 teams competed in the contest.

- Runners-Up School of Management – Choir led by Dr. Catherene and Dr. Densingh Joshuah.
