The 9th Edition of Dr. KCG Verghese Endowment Lecture was delivered by Dr Arumugam Rajarajan, Director, SDSC-SHAR, at MMA Centre, Chennai on 4th July 2022, where Dr. Elizabeth Verghese, Chancellor HITS; Dr. RW Alexander Jesudasan, Pro Vice Chancellor HITS; Dr. Ashok G. Verghese, Director HITS; Dr. Susan Marthandan, Director HCAS, Dr. Sivathanu Pillai, Professor Emeritus HITS; Dr. Deivasundari, Principal KCG Tech; Dr. Nandakumar, Dr. Prabhakaran, Dr. Manoharan along with select few HODs, faculties and students of HGI participated in this illuminating session. Dr. Rajarajan spoke about ISRO’s focus on various areas such defence, weather, communication and entertainment, highlighting the various stages of Satellite Projects and emphasised on the importance of teamwork, leadership and all-round benefits of satellite projects.
