Inaugural Meet Of Hindustan East Asia Alumni Chapter
The Hindustan East Asia Alumni Chapter (HEAAC) was inaugurated on 2 Oct 2022 at the Village Bugis Hotel, Singapore. The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Aby Sam, Director, HGI. He emphasized on the networking and alumni relations. He congratulated the HEAAC President and the team on successful team building and networking.Dr. Ashok G. Verghese, Director, HGI addressed the gathering.He congratulated the HEAAC President and the team for diligently putting together the event. He also announced the tentative dates for the inaugural of other overseas alumni chapters.Ms. Premila,Motivational Speaker and Trainer and Vice President, HEAAC, briefed on the future plans of the Chapter to the audience. She also made a presentation on the topic “Journey of HEAAC". Ms. Deepa conducted a quiz contest.
The welcome address was delivered by Mr. J. M. Robert Bornshin, President, HEAAC. He introduced the HEAAC Team to the audience: Ms. Premila Josephine, Vice President – HEAAC, Mr. Senthil Kumar, Secretary – HEAAC, Ms. Deepalakshmi R, Joint Secretary, Mr. Johny Nixon, Treasurer – HEAAC, Ms. Mitu Singh, Advisor – HEAAC and the Planning Team: Mr. Maruthosh, Mr. Agasthya, Mr. Ramanathan and Mr. Dinu Bhaskar.
The event was graced by the august presence of Dr. Linu Sam, Professor, Department of Physics, KCG College of Technology; Mr. Abraham Verghese, Group Sports Advisor and Ms. Pragatha, Coordinator of HITSAA.The programme ended with a group photo session and vote of thanks. The event was hosted by Ms. Mitu Singh, Advisor,HEAAC.
