73Rd Independence Day Celebrations

The 73 rd Independence Day was celebrated with enthusiasm & patriotic fervour in HITS Campus with a good participation of staff & students. Lt. Gen Bobby Mathews, PVSM, AVSM, VSM, Joint Director, Hindustan International School was the Chief Guest. In his Independence day message, the General urged the students to think and do more in the technology driven world; and insisted the students to do more for the country rather getting settled in abroad.

With horse mounted escorts on either side, Dr. K. P. Isaac, Vice Chancellor, HITS hoisted the National flag amidst hundreds of students and staff gathered for the celebration. At the cultural fronts, NCC Cadets and students of HITS exhibited their talents by performing martial arts, dance, mime, and songs. The day also served a forum for acknowledging students and faculty with awards for exceptional contribution and outstanding academic performances under several categories.
