The Department of Computer Applications at HITS was established in 1994 and has since become a key player in shaping the future of technology education. The department offers an undergraduate BCA program with specializations in Database Technology, Multimedia and Animation, and Cyber Security, delivered as part of an Industry Integrated curriculum. In addition, the department offers a two-year MCA program with specializations in Big Data Analytics and Cloud Computing, equipping students with the skills needed for the rapidly expanding fields of Big Data and Cloud technologies.

Guidelines & Submission

Author's Guidelines

  • Each paper must be original and unpublished work, not submitted for publication elsewhere (copyright infringement issues will be the responsibility of the authors). Papers must be written in good English. The submissions must be anonymous, i.e., without author name(s), affiliation(s), acknowledgements, or obvious references.
  • It should begin with a title, a short abstract, and a list of keywords. The introduction should summarise the paper's contributions. The similarity index for a submitted paper should be below 10%. AI similarity should be 0%.
  • Papers should be a maximum of 6 pages in total, including references and appendices.
  • Authors are encouraged to prepare their paper as per the given guidelines.
  • Submitted papers must be in Word format and should be submitted electronically.

Registration & Publication

Registration

  • At least one author (including students) is required to register and present at the conference.
  • For one article registration, a maximum of two authors can present at the conference. The participation fee must be paid for each additional author (more than two) if they present at the conference.
  • Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final camera-ready version of the paper.
  • The final version of accepted papers (ready for publication, camera-ready) must be formatted in the standard 2-column IEEE layout, verified through IEEE PDF express, and limited to 6 pages.
  • Review and registration details will be communicated to the author's email.

Guidelines & Submission

Author's Guidelines

  • Each paper must be original and unpublished work, not submitted for publication elsewhere (copyright infringement issues will be the responsibility of the authors). Papers must be written in good English. The submissions must be anonymous, i.e., without author name(s), affiliation(s), acknowledgements, or obvious references.
  • It should begin with a title, a short abstract, and a list of keywords. The introduction should summarise the paper's contributions. The similarity index for a submitted paper should be below 10%. AI similarity should be 0%.
  • Papers should be a maximum of 6 pages in total, including references and appendices.
  • Authors are encouraged to prepare their paper as per the given guidelines.
  • Submitted papers must be in Word format and should be submitted electronically.

Registration & Publication

Registration

  • At least one author (including students) is required to register and present at the conference.
  • For one article registration, a maximum of two authors can present at the conference. The participation fee must be paid for each additional author (more than two) if they present at the conference.
  • Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final camera-ready version of the paper.
  • The final version of accepted papers (ready for publication, camera-ready) must be formatted in the standard 2-column IEEE layout, verified through IEEE PDF express, and limited to 6 pages.
  • Review and registration details will be communicated to the author's email.
