Hindustan School of Law is an institution which got approval of Bar Council of India in 2019. We commenced with BA. LLB (Hons), BBA. LHindustan School of Law entered the field of legal education in the year 2019, with the approval of the Bar Council of India (BCI). It offers five-year integrated courses for B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), in addition to a three-year LL.B. course. Hindustan School of Law also offers one-year and two-year LL.M. programs as well as Ph.D. programs in law.
The syllabi and curriculum followed by Hindustan are on par with the top-ranking law schools in India. The courses comply with BCI norms and regulations and focus on court- craft training from day one. Hindustan School of Law collaborates with Surana and Surana International Attorneys, who conduct major national and international moot court competitions. It has also associated with the International Law Students Association (ILSA). Hindustan School of Law has a library with a rich collection of books not only in law but also in allied social-science subjects. The library subscribes to major law journals in both print and digital forms. It features a well-equipped moot court hall, where students can hone their court craft.

An MoU has been signed with the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, for the students to pursue their 2nd Semester at the Chicago-Kent College of Law provided for the student who have successfully completed their 1st Semester with a minimum of 14 academic credit hours of course work at Hindustan School of Law and fulfilled the requirements by Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Personality Development Workshops are organized in the University for all enrolled students with a view to equip them with the necessary soft skills required to beat the stringent selection process and emerge successfully in today's competitive world. The students are exposed to intensive training for acquiring Communication, Motivation and Leadership Skills. They gain essential inputs in goal setting and team building. They also undergo Case Study Analysis, Extempore, Group Discussion and Personal Interview Session. More than two thousand students of pre-final and final year undergraduate and postgraduate programs are benefited from these workshops every year.
